Re: Something to keep an eye on
So I thought folks should know someone in the pre alpha admin program is actively working on writing a 3.5 D&D ruleset hopefully when map building comes in the summer it will be mostly finished

Re: XP penalties too harsh?
There are plenty of servers with lighter death penalities out there so I am happy that there are still a few which treat death as a serious thing. That being said in the interest of new players perhaps the death penalty wouldn't be as harsh till level 3-5 just so death wouldn't be such a kicker.

Re: Bounty Boards
Sorry for the dead post necromancy but reading this made me think a specific script on NwNVault that would complement this idea nicely which allows creatures to set up lairs and grow if left unchecked. The rate of expansion can be modified so that the server isn't overwhelmed and gives players time ...

Re: 'Epic' feats
This is a really interesting way to go about letting players advance in power while still maintaining the server level range, I don't have any suggestions at the moment of specific feats but I want to praise the DM team for coming up with this idea.

Advertising the server on the Neverwinter Nights Community Page
Since the server appears to be gaining momentum at a rather rapid pace when it comes to player count I was thinking perhaps to draw even more people making a post on the Neverwinter Nights community page with a brief run down of what the server is about along with some nice screenies. The facebook p...

Auto Updater
Is this something that DMs would consider in the future? Basically you run it and it makes sure your haks are up to date before launching and automatically downloads new ones and places them in the correct folders.

No problem, forgot to mention there will be a GM client included as well. Its been shown off in some of the community roundtables, you can actually fly over the map in full 3D view. Pretty sweet stuff

Something to keep an eye on
http://shardsonline.com/ Upon Alpha Phase 2 in which custom assets will be introduced players will be able to create their own content including maps. This could very well be the next NwN and in fact has the potential to surpass it given that there is very little hardcoding meaning you can literally...

Re: Hello
So a few questions 1) Is there any particular forum to put IC corrspondances? 2) What are the rules governing PvP? I checked the rules section and didn't see anything 3) Do you have an IRC channel in addition to Skype? 4) How much can players influence the world? Do you support in game politics at a...
