I am very much with Ataraxia his tl;dr on this one. As for the whole metagaming stuff. It already has been discussed and it feels to me this is just a repetition of it. In the end I'd say we all pretty much agree on that topic anyway.

We did not fight the respawned death seeker but ran from it. Not sure if a log will help, but I'll send it to you.

In the Limestone caverns dungeon and the deeper part the Death Seeker near the end of the cave system respawns after being slain. It does not make sense to me and can be extremely treacherous. The same happened to my priest. I logged off yesterday about 21 hours ago and logged in just a few seconds ago. All spells replenished.
