Added new level 8+ dungeon. Access is restricted.

Previously safe surface area is now dangerous.

After the recent changes, remove curse should not crash the server any more. Please don't test.

Large number of small fixes, mostly placeables that were pitch black due to rendering issue that is hard coded (boy, do I like this excuse) were reposition/obliterated from indoor areas.

New mid/high level dungeon complex added, for now accessible only through DM port.

New high level dungeon complex added.

Several small dungeons added.

We now have fully functional auto walk option form OT to Songhall. Large number of small adjustments in various areas. We should have more golden bananas in the loot.

New mid and high dungeon (small one). Number of small adjustments, and some clustering issues, hopefully, solved. Increased the chances of finding more bananas. Especially when fighting fire elementals.
