Advertising the server on the Neverwinter Nights Community Page
Since the server appears to be gaining momentum at a rather rapid pace when it comes to player count I was thinking perhaps to draw even more people making a post on the Neverwinter Nights community page with a brief run down of what the server is about along with some nice screenies. The facebook page in question is located here; https://www.facebook.com/groups/nwncp/?fref=ts its probably best if one of the DMs do it but it could attract even more people who are looking for a high quality low magic roleplay server which are hard to find these days.

I think that is definitely something down the line, but at this point we are getting dangerously close to the server cap of 24 on peak weekend hours.
Hopefully many of the recent new players will stay and find a home here, but I wouldn't want TER to become a victim of its own success by having it be difficult to log in at peak hours due to the server cap.

Also, I play Galondel.

^ Pretty much, I agree with Toros on this one. I see no reason to advertise at this point unless we're better able to handle the load. As someone who has played here since day 1 (and has the oldest character on the server!), and DMs, I'd be sad to be unable to log in. I think word of mouth is currently working well enough, and brings players who fit in well.
However, I'm all for it if capacity ever expands and the server can handle it without lagging.

I agree with comrade Toros and comrade commissar Otrovny on this particular matter. Da, we have problems with server cap and that would severely limit our possibilities to maintain functional server.

That. And I like the 'small community' vibe The Easting Reach has going on, I don't think recruiting is needed or desired right now.Toros wrote:I think that is definitely something down the line, but at this point we are getting dangerously close to the server cap of 24 on peak weekend hours.

Agreed with the above posts. The server doesn't need additional lift, and the smaller community feel is something I've cherished on TER. Quality over quantity.
It would be a shame if the enthusiastic regulars couldn't log in anymore because the server was full!

I, too, have had a couple of bouts of the full server sickness.
