That's pretty much the extend of the bug I found, a few items that I've picked up from the broken tower on the coast with the fishmen had X's for the images. Like the Grand Chair and Large Bookslide, Brass Trivet as well.

This is most likely because one of your hak files is outdated. A bunch of new icons were added recently, and these items make use of them.
