Bless weapon not counting as a +1 weapon for non-undead DR

During an event today Jerek used bless weapon against a caster with ghostly visage (DR 5/+1) and against a renamed hook horror (Which I believe has the same DR/+1)

Per the spell description:

"You empower the touched melee weapon with a +1 enhancement bonus, and a 2d6 damage bonus vs. undead. You can also target another creature to enchant its worn melee weapon."

It applies the bonus correctly to undead creatures, and deafening clang appears to pierce DR properly, which means the issue is specific to non-undead with DR 5/+1

Also, I play Galondel.

The bug in this case would be the comma in the description. Bless Weapon's +1 EB is also specific to undead.
