It seems the writer of this notice--which is plastered just about everywhere in Sarshel, ripped down where illegal--gave up on the alliteration for their title. They also ran out of space.

Coast

Theskan refugees! Travelers! Wanderers! Adventurers! Welcome to--

Sarshel:
a city on the rise

A place to make your glorious name be known! All you need is a little luck, a little smarts, and the help of your friendly chosen of Waukeen (yours truly). Heed my advice below, friends, and fortune awaits!

Steps to making your fortune in Sarshel & beyond:

Step 1: Blend in.
a. It will help if you don't look, act or talk like a foreigner.
- Stare.
- Keep all your coin in your coin purse. This is very important!! There is a lot to buy in Sarshel, and you will look suspicious if you keep your coin anywhere else!
- Try not to tan, or be tan.
- Pay taxes, and never. EVER. Complain about taxes. Complaining about taxes will out you as a foreigner.
b. Learn Easting if you want to understand the locals. See bullet point A!
c. One halanth is a silver, and is worth fifty coppers.
Step 2: Make money, but without dying.
a. Arrows and bolts can be purchased.
- But you need a license to do this!
- I know a guy who sells them on the Royal Road, but they're bad quality.
b. Don't buy horses, just run faster!
c. Choose your friends wisely! Adventure in smaller groups, and don't be afraid to retreat to find help!
d. Keep money on you in case you kick the bucket and want to un-kick it.

A lipsticked kiss is left on a few of the flyers, but most of them are a bit smeared.
