Character Reverted - Missing Currency/Items/XP

On the new server, it appears that Kelda has been reverted to a much older version of her character file.

She is missing half her coin, has been reverted to knowing Chessentan and not knowing Celestial. Also, now that I've looked more carefully, I've noticed that Kelda is missing several items that she had gained more recently (in the last few weeks/month). As an additional example, her armor has been reverted to an older version. Finally, her xp is no longer maxed.

All signs that Kelda's file is a much older version on the current server. If there is any way to fix the issue, I would very much appreciate it.

A check has been made and Kelda's file was in fact using the latest version before the server migration. It seems to be isolated to this character only. We'll treat this as an individual case and see about restoring the lost coin, items and languages manually. I really apologize for this, it was not expected at all.

We've checked the character inventories on a local session of the module, and replaced Kelda's BIC hopefully with what we think is the correct one. Can you log in and verify if this is fine now?

Unfortunately it's happened again =( Probably due to the server changing back around.

I'm sorry, but I can't find the other 2 Kelda's which I had in a folder somewhere. It was a bit of guesswork trying to figure out what was the correct version. I guess I messed up somewhere. Whatever's missing, if we can replace it for you, can you drop the team a PM?
