Animal Handling and Wildshaped Druids

So, I learned something interesting today by accident.

When a druid is wildshaped, another druid can use Animal Handling/Empathy on them, and when successful actually control them as a follower. (The roll was a "critical success" if that helps).

I do not think this is intended, also because a server crashed happened when the dominated player relogged, though this may be unrelated and just coincidence.

Additionally, said wildshaped druid can also be forced to heal others with heal spells while wildshaped. And has only loose autonomy over movements and actions.
