Enemy respawn causing potential death trap

Heya, the details are in the spoiler tag. Don't read it if you do not want to learn of the dungeon.
Spoiler:
In the Limestone caverns dungeon and the deeper part the Death Seeker near the end of the cave system respawns after being slain. It does not make sense to me and can be extremely treacherous. Without this respawn the dungeon is a fun enough challenge already.

We did not fight the respawned death seeker but ran from it. Not sure if a log will help, but I'll send it to you.
