Missing SA feat

So, I know we made changes to how sneak attack works. I logged in to see how the changes would effect my Allie - and find that I do not have sneak attack in Cloth and Rapier... Not sure if it is reapplying the dice.. or since she naturally wears Heavy armor - when the server restarted, and logged in it saw she didn't qualify and stole the dice permanently until next reboot?
