The Thirsty Fool Room / Key [Songhall]

Upon offering to return the key to the innkeeper at the Thirsty Fool, he says, "I'll take your keys then. Come visit again some day.", but the key remains in one's inventory. This was for Room 2, but could be a problem for any of the four offered.

Also, the Storage Cabinet in Room 2 was locked and could not be unlocked by the room key. One could pick the lock, but as it did not work as expected - ala Sarshe's storage chests - I avoided putting anything inside for fear of losing it on a reboot.
