Make Horses Great Again

This is just a quick and dirty suggestion to fix the various disappearing horse issues we have. Would it be possible to give the Proof of Ownership trinket a summon sort of deal, to make the horse appear? Maybe only at specific locations, or put it on a timer similar to resting? Losing it after each reset is just too frustrating.

To add, I also lost my barding the other day again, after a relog. I took screenshots just in case, but fixing them being unavailable a large amount of the time is one of the biggest needs.

I imagine if there was a solution to the problem, it would've been implemented by now, but on the off chance that I'm wrong, a fix or workaround of some sort is a heavenly idea. Considerably many people use horses these days, after all!
