Scribes for the Scribe Place, Scholars for the Scholar Areas

Heya,

So I've just been to Songhall for the first time as an INT-based character.

I liked it quite a bit. Except for the fact that the House of Many Tomes and the Pavilion (beautiful areas, by the way) had no NPCs to speak of whatsoever. At least none that I saw (and I spent some time looking). I don't know if this is intended, but it does rather limit the @work-related opportunities for INT-based characters who might want to take up a scholarly job.
