Sun Dial Displays Wrong time at 12
This is a minor bug, but it seems that the sundial, at least the one in outentown, reports the morning to be 12:45AM when it should read 12:45PM as the sun is out, it doesn't switch until It hits 1:00 PM. I don't know if it is the same way for midnight, but it should switch as soon as 12:00 is hit e...
