In order to build the shelter, certain matters involving Relgar must be handled.

The Rebuilding of Relgar
1. Finding a Wood Supplier

• Speak with one of the Erkhars of Erkhar & Erkhar Timber in Dilpur

2. Finding a Stone Supplier

• In the cities?
• Scarlet might be looking for a stone supplier for me.

3. Finding a Medical Supplier

• Perhaps, Garrmin would have some insight?

4. Finding Laborers

• Ask the Locals?
• Ask the Theskans refugees?
• Speak with someone in Larnest Carpentry in Dilpur

The Consecration of Relgar
1. Finding a specialist for the evils that may haunt Relgar

• Fenneken has a special ability or talent to commune with spirits; lives around Outentown.
• Practitioners of the Art may be capable and certain individuals of the Temple may be capable as well?

2. Bring a specialist to Relgar to evaluate

• Need to determine the affected area
• Need to determine source

3. Research more into what troubles Relgar

• The Temple in Sarshel may contain relevant documents; Aubre has agreed to seek material that may be beneficial to the sanctification.
• The locals have spoke of their troubles in and around Relgar but something deeper could be troubling the place; perhaps, a local historian might have knowledge or a local office?

4. Assemble a group to consecrate Relgar

• There must be other capable individuals who can assist?
• The Chancellor has offered his assistance in the consecration of Relgar.
• Aubre has agreed to assist.
• Merry has agreed to assist.
• Richart has agreed to assist.

5. Consecrate Relgar

• The consecration of Relgar will take time and capable individuals are needed before I can begin.

The Defense of Relgar
1. The Fort

• A nearby fort is used by smugglers, perhaps, seasonally. Ensuring that the fort remains unoccupied is vital to protecting Relgar.
• The adventuring population may be able to assist in driving out the smugglers and subsequently stopping further intrusions if the source is dealt with.
• Put a call-out for adventurers?
• Handle the smugglers by myself?
• An unconventional method might have to be used in order to resolve the situation.
• Amira's Red Vipers may be of assistance; Lord Essldyr has some doubts about her. Amira and the Red Vipers have descended into the depths of Impiltur; there is no timeline on when, or if, she and her mercenaries will return.

2. The Visitors

• If Relgar is to have a shelter, certain attention will come its way. The good and the bad.
• How to minimize bandit/smuggler interest?
• Forgoing my plans in Relgar would certainly minimize bandit/smuggler interest.
• An unconventional method might have to be used in order to minimize bandit/smuggler interest.
• How to spread awareness to those in need?
• Those who help one another tend to stick together, Warswords and the Temple could spread awareness?
• The laerns of Sarshel and Dilpur may be able to spread the word, but somehow I believe that might cause more bandit/smuggler interest to arise.

3. The Wildlife

• There are nearby dangers outside of the fort that can pose problems to Relgar and that are not civilized
