Seeing as how it seems to be a feature that you can leave a locked inn room from the inside, I figured I'd note that that does not seem to be the case in Sayildi's.

It's the same trick they use to capture djinn in lamps

Also reporting that the inn key you get for the rooms seems to be retained no matter what you do, effectively making it a one-time payment.

In which case, the room keys at the inn in Filur will likely also remain affected by this same, or an identical, bug.
