Merry Skill changes

I was hoping to have 6 points removed from Parry, and 5 put into Bluff, 1 more into Knowledge Arcana (She currently has 2 so it would be a total of 3). Having played her for a while, it just doesn't feel right to have her with no points in Bluff and the increased knowledge would reflect her time researching.

Done. Note: Half-Elf and Level Bonus for Parry did not go away after setting it to zero, so had to retain a point there. If there is a fix to this we can -1 Parry, +1 Bluff in the future.
