Unable to Level up - Activated Skills

Hello!

My character Rowan Red-Hand levelled up, but I cannot take the level as it bugs out on me. The reason I am making this post too.

When I try to level up, I get the message that I cannot take the level as there are too many ranks in "Activated Skills".

The only activated skill I would put skillpoints in is Intimidate, which is a Class Skill for both of his classes in his multiclass (fighter and barbarian).

A small edit: I also took 2 cross-skill ranks in Balance, though they are not touched this level up. I tried to level up without the Intimidate rank, that also does not work, I get the same error message,

An update: I tried to level up again aftrer a server reset for the sake of it and.. it worked. In case this helps with the bug report
