Missing Transitions

Hey, since I'm doing the explorin' right now. I figured I'd keep a log of transitions that I find that are glitchy or missing.

1. Missing Transition between Royal Plains: Wild Growth to Royal Plains: Wide Open. The transition from Wide Open to Wild Growth works fine. The other side however, does not have a transition.
